A: Yes! Every decal on this web site can be put on a car window.
Q: My wall is textured, can I still use your artwork?
A: Yes! Our Wall Art will stick great to your textured walls.

Q: How do I put my artwork on my wall?
A: We send detailed instructions with each order, or visit this page for more information.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eCheck and PayPal (Orders are
processed through PayPal).
Q: When will my order ship?
Orders placed between May 16 & May 21 will be shipped out 1 - 5 Days after May 21st
A: Orders usually ship in 1-5 business days once we receive your payment (eChecks will be shipped
once payment has cleared, 3-4 business days for US orders and 7-9 business days for International
orders). Wholesale orders may take up to 10 business days. Wholesale customers can email us to
see when your order will ship.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not offer refunds, we're happy to offer an exchange for any items that you are not
completely satisfied with. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Do not
return items to our PO Box #, please contact us for our return address. Items must be returned in
perfect condition. Sorry, we do not offer a shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. If
an item is damaged in shipping please contact us for information on getting a replacement. Items may
not be returned due to a size calculation error on your part. Please check our size calculations &
make sure the size you order is the size you want. Items may not be returned due to dislike of color.
We offer color samples you can purchase here in advance if you are worried about matching to a
specific color.
Q. How can I exchange an item?
A. Do not return items to our PO Box #, please contact us for our return address and let us know what
item(s) you want to exchanges and what new item(s) you want us to send to you. We will send you a
PayPal bill once we receive your item and will ship out your exchange once payment has cleared.
Q: How often do you add new products?
A: We try to add a few new things every week or two.
Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: Sorry but we do not do custom orders. We do accept any ideas you may have for decals, but can
not promise they will be made into wall art.
